What: An opportunity to come together with friends, colleagues, and loved ones and hike in support of St. Joseph the Worker!

Why: Every year, thousands of individuals face homelessness and poverty in Maricopa County alone. St. Joseph the Worker tackles this problem head on with client-centered programming. By breaking down common barriers to job search (such as lack of transportation, interview skills, or access to computers) our dedicated team of staff and volunteers assists individuals to find quality employment. By offering this kind of hand-up, St. Joseph the Worker has positioned itself as a key resource to individuals in our community facing seemingly insurmountable obstacles. So hike with us. Your support changes lives.

How do I raise money?By joining a team and asking folks to support your cause! Every dollar raised is important to supporting people facing unemployment and poverty in our community. Individuals and teams are encouraged to leverage their participation in the event to raise money by asking friends, family, neighbors and co-workers to pledge sponsorship dollars. Prizes will be awarded for most money raised by a team.
What should I wear/bring? The main hike is 4.5 miles and moderate in level. Regardless of which route you choose, we recommend wearing non-slip footwear and dressing in layers. The event is rain or shine! Don't forget your sunblock and water. Teams spirit is also encouraged, so feel free to get creative!
How do I register? Simply click on the "Register to Hike" button at the top of the page. Online Registration Closes on March 1st. (Adults - $30, Youth - $15, Toddlers - Free) Day-of Registration will be available at the Hike. On-site registration pricing is as follows: Adults - $35, Youth - $20, Toddlers - Free
How do I join a team? Either click on your team on the leader board or search for it using the search bar at the top of this page. Once on your team's page, click "Join Team."
How do I donate? If you wish to donate to a team, simply find the team's page, and click on "Give Now." If you would like to make a direct donation to St. Joseph the Worker, Click on Donate at the top of this page. Thank you for the support!

What are the details on the satellite hike? The satellite hike is being facilitated by our amazing friends at St. Thomas More and will occur at the same date and time as the main hike. The satellite hike location can be found below. **Note: This is not the location of the main event.**
